- - Northwest Vista College, Live Oak Academic Center, San Antonio, TX Three Story, 95,000 sq. ft., structural steel framed classroom building supported on shallow footings.
- - Northwest Vista College, Cypress Campus Center, San Antonio, TX Two Story, 57,000 sq. ft., structural steel framed student center with meetinig rooms, dining hall, and administration offices supported on shallow footings.
- - Laredo Community College South, Laredo, TX A new campus with a total of seven buildings with 237,900 combined square feet. Most of the buildings were designed with structural steel framed superstructures on grade supported foundations. Unique exposed galvanized structural steel made up the entrance to the Learning Center. The Police Academy building included a specially designed lower level shooting range.
- - Texas A&M University Brayton Field Classroom and Structural Burn Training Complex, College Station, TX 17,000 sq. ft., structurally supported first floor, pre-engineered metal frame classroom building with a 3,900 sq. ft., steel framed mezzanine and a 4800 sq. ft. grade supported foundation for the fire training structure.
